Cottonelle is a toilet paper brand produced by Kimberly Clark. Their mascot is a labrador retriever puppy named "Cottonelle" who's portrayed in TV commercials by Zach Braff. The company has made several different toilet paper types such as regular, Cottonelle Double, (Two-ply) Cottonelle Ultra, Cottonelle Aloe & E, Cottonelle Kids, (the same as regular, but with pictures of the mascot) and Cottonelle Extra Strength (the strongest paper in their range, for obvious reasons). Cottonelle has also released a brand of baby wipes for children to use. The new phrase for Cottonelle is currently, "Be kind to your behind." This phrase was released in a commercial showing people sitting down on things that would hurt their bottom, with Cottonelle trying to tell them not to do that. At the end, a woman sits down on a soft cushion while the Cottonelle puppy runs to climb on her lap and he says "That's better." After which the logo, the toilet paper package, and phrase appear on the screen.
In early 2008, Cottonelle devised an extensive advertising campaign featuring a large "Comfort Haven Bus" decorated to resemble a dog. According to Ad Rants, the bus would would travel cross-country to "offer visitors access to "relaxation stations" where people can see first-hand -- and hopefully in privacy -- how soft and comforting Cottonelle can be.
